The Onset

Pain is temporary, quitting lasts forever

Josh’s Journey started on May 14, 2008. Josh wasn’t feeling well, his shoulder hurt and he just didn’t feel well. He was sick again on May 15 so I made him make an appointment with the family doctor. At his appointment later that afternoon they did a shoulder xray which was normal, some lab work, and a chest xray which showed a spot in each lung. The doctor told him not to worry about the spots because they could be nothing. To figure out what the spots were he scheduled him for a CT scan the next day, Friday.
