Is this still curable?

Pain is temporary, quitting lasts forever

I finally bit the bullet and asked Dr. Fintel today. The answer to my most dreaded question was “absolutely” He said we still have several options left: salvage chemotherapy, radiation, or a stem cell rescue. We are still not sure what will happen to the brain tumor. We expect IU to say take it out via surgery and then do cyberknife radiation.

We have had a lot of company today which is good for Josh but makes him tired. His shoulder is still hurting quite a bit so Dr. Fintel ordered a different pain med which did not help either so when Dr. Harron came in this afternoon he added a muscle relaxer and a scan of Josh’s shoulder. Hopefully tomorrow we will know more about what the coming week brings. I will update as soon as we have made our decision.
